Can I select a specific Delivery Date?

Yes, for Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland you are able to specify a delivery date (Monday thru Friday) when you are on our Shipping Page.  In the Delivery Instructions box specify your date of delivery and any specific delivery instructions you may have for the delivery (eg. Door Code or Package Drop-off Instructions).

Can I add a Personalized Note?

Yes, once you have added your basket to your cart there is a Personalized Note Box.  Please write verbatim what you would like to include in your note.  Don't forget to add who it is to and of course who its from, so they can make sure to thank you!

Can I Ship Liquor?

Yes, at this time we are able to ship our baskets with liquor within BC.  Unfortunately if you are sending your gift outside of BC we are unable to ship with any liquor.

Can I Substitute Items due to Allergies or Dietary Needs?

Yes, we try our best to accommodate any special requests due to allergies and dietary needs  Please reach out to us at westcoastgiftbaskets@gmail.com or 250-381-1121 and we can chat further about any substitutions that may be required.
